Adrestia's business is significantly different to other litigation funders in that it seeks to perfectly align its interests with those of the claimant i.e. to ensure that costs are minimised and proceedings are expedited.

 

Unlike typical litigation funding models, which require a return of a multiple of sums invested prior to the client receiving any proceeds, Adrestia only makes its returns pro rata with those of the client.
